Circumcision wood open

I got circumcised 7 days ago one day I woke up with an erection and a wide open wound like it has been sliced any advice as to how I should go about it..it’s underneath should I bandage it until it reattaches itself or what really worried

The wound should still heal by secondary intention but will likely take longer. Keep it clean so you do not get an infection. If you are worried or want a medical opinion then you should see a doctor.

Is it better to go get it stitched up again or I should just let second intention healing do it’s thing

It be better to get it restitched man other wise u just wake up with wood again witch will open it up over and bigger chance of infection I think it be best mate
