Glue Circumcision - doctor recommendation

Hello all. I've had a high and loose circumcision 1 year ago with really bad esthetical result (struggled with lymphoedema for about 5-6 months, but the main problem is that the stitches were way to tight and I've remained with some nasty scars). I've received recommendations from the dermatologist to redo the surgery in order to eliminate the scars and excess skin.

I'm interested in doing a revision with the glue technique. I'm reading this forum for more than 1 year and I know many people recommend Dr Khan from London. I also had an online consultation with him some months ago and he said he can fix it 90%, but the main problem is with the travel restrictions / quarantine when you enter to UK (I'm based in Bucharest).

Do you recommend any other good doctors from Europe which offer this glue technique and are not based in UK? Thanks.
