My foreskin is still attached to my penis. The bottom of the head has slight purple tint and there's accumulation of cheese like white substance under my foreskin. I do plan on going to a doctor but I would like to use remedies like cleaning it everyday, and I don't know what kind of cream to use or ointment.

Soap and water will clean it and your doctor will advise you on the resolution of your foreskin problem.
Are you still in your teens? If so, it is not unusual for the glans (penis-head) and the foreskin to still have some attachment to each other.
In most cases, the glans and foreskin completely separate from each other by the mid-teens, but you could be a late bloomer.
The purple part you describe seems to be the Corona (rim) of the glans and it is normally a darker purple than the rest of the glans.
See a doctor for your own peace of mind and in the meantime, do your best to keep the glans clean.
Finally, don't let yourself be bullied into circumcision.
Your doctor doesn't have to live with the results, you do, and things can go wrong.
If you want to be circumcised, that's your business, but give the matter a lot of thought and do extensive reading on the subject.
I'm not a doctor, but from what you describe, your situation can be fixed by other far less drastic means.
Good luck!
