4 weeks post op, masturbated a couple of times now as I’m pretty much healed but I’ve noticed when I ejaculate it feels quite numb. Like if you’ve got really bad pins and needles and it’s starting to get uncomfortable and painful - any one else had this and does it go?

The general guidance is not to resume any sexual activity until 6 weeks after surgery. This is to allow for both internal and external healing and not to stress the newly formed structures.
You have not healed yet so you should not be masturbating. Where are the pins and needles like pain, btw?
