I had a small issue with tight foreskin in my teens when I was around 15, this resolved itself.
As of late, when erect, I can pull my foreskin all the way back with alot of discomfort. During sexual activity it can tear easily which is obviously pretty painful. Is there anything I can do without seeing a GP?

Hey mate ,
I understand that seeing a doctor regarding this matter may be uncomfortable for you . But at the end of the day they see these situations regularly, and they won’t hesitate to help. I would advise you to push your self to see a GP , as they can prescribe you with some sort of medication/cream best suited for you .
Other then that , you can try stretching/massaging the frenulum carefully with some lube or natural oil . But it’s always best too seek medical advice .
Sounds like yeast. Avoid washing the inside parts with soap. Apply clotrimazole on all parts for ten days. Then stretch the opening with fingers. Athlete’s foot cream works. Avoid cortisone as it invites yeast.
