Itching is a sign of healing! Just distract your mind it will go after some time! Maybe the stitches are starting to come out. You can apply vaseline or antibacterial ointment on incision line

It’s normal to have itching there. The nerve endings regrow and cause different sensations! If required consult the doctor he may prescribe some cream or gel

Keep the area clean and bath properly the itching will decrease with time and keep it clean with cotton dipped in clean water .
