Although the external skin appears to be healed, the interior layers are still healing. The timeline for complete healing is between 6-8 weeks.

Any sexual activity prior to internal healing may result in incomplete healing, swelling etc.

That’s sound good you healing fast but it good for you if you wait till 8 week then you can do anything you want because internal healing is still continue so sometimes you rub shaft suture then may some swollen happen..so avoid till 8 week just control mind divert it to work...
