Brown gunk 7 days post circumcision

Hi guys, I’m 7 days post op and today I did a salt bathe where I dipped my member in some salt water for 5 minutes. As I lifted it out I noticed a trail of brown stuff in the water and thought nothing of it as I thought it was abit of glue (I’ve got mainly stitches but a dap of glue where the frenulum was as well as stitches there). It wasn’t until I went for a pee (sitting down as it’s like a sprinkler system now) and I noticed it again so I got abit of tissue and dabbed all around and it’s all brown gunk. I’m still very swollen and there’s no real daylight between my bell end and shaft but it’s full of brown gunk - I asked the misses to check it out and she said it looks like I’m on the last day of a period. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

Also on a side note, I don’t find it very easy doing a salt bathe so can I not just get into the bath tub with salt water in there? Many thanks.

Have a lovely salt bath brother I’d suggest also before getting out of the bath completely to get a jug and pour clean fresh water straight from the taps over the penis then dry the penis with a hair dryer. It’s important to keep the penis clean and dry. Was it glue you had then j had glue but had internal stitches and on my frenulum but had glue mainly it’s great.

If you have a shower this would be more preferred

Wash twice a day and using baby wipes and tissues will help when you pee be sure to lightly dab a clean cotton hand towel with warm clean water on the corner to keep the per hole slit clean. You need to avoid getting infections.

Please contact your doctor if you have Angeles medical concerns. Yellow stuff tends to be Lymph completely normal so e wonder if it’s mixed with stuff so I’d suggest just try keeping it clean and just monitor it.

Applying bandages and Vaseline would be a good shout

Thanks man, I’ve had stitches all around including the frenulum but they did a dab of glue on the frenulum.

I have a shower but I’m not keen on it, I’d rather bath. How long would you sit in the bath for? I don’t wanna be too long as my stitches are dissolvable.

Showers are preferred. In your early days you shouldn’t be in the bath for soo long so just have quick baths if you prefer baths. Glue usually your not supposed to soak it until your 13 day ish so quick showers would be far better.

But no matter what if you have baths please kneel in the bath before you come out and run a jug of fresh water with salt over the penis then a fresh jug of clean warm water jump out and dry with a hair dryer then apply Vaseline on the incision area inner skin and glans frenulum area
