Hello.
I'm 25, I have a thin V-lined skin on the underside skin of my penis. When erected, it's about 1.5cm long, 4cm away from the frenulum. I have a theory that it was a normal skin extension to the frenulum line but got wide open at some point of penile growth or at circumcision itself, making an upside down irregular V-shaped-protuberance over the skin.
It doesn't bother me when erected, but it gets itchy at times every now and then when I shave or when it gets in touch with scrotum hair. I believe I'm perfectly healthy, I've no sexual issues whatsoever, but it makes the underside of my penis looks distorted in a way. I'm not married, but will do so next year.
Can this be treated without affecting erection or sexual sensitivity? I can cope with it myself, but I don't want my partner to feel uncomfortable with it.
Thank you very much for having the time to read this.
