Penis swelling ring (HELP)

Hi, i am having a bump type ring swelling around my penis after glan. I dont know what to do. cant Attach the picture here idk why

Let me know the treatment. I have iced the area 1 time

What is swelling up below your glans? Your foreskin?if that is the case you need emergency hospital care.

its not on the glan. Just below glan inside the foreskin

This sounds like lymphangiosclerosis. I've had it before and it's usually benign. It went away after a few days to a week for me when I last had it. Don't stress and make sure to wash your penis regularly.

Yes ive seen the pictures on google. I also have similar issue. Now it is getting less but few days ago my penis was alot swollen , as it is better now. Just hope its nothing bad
