Penis pain after drinking small amounts of alcohol

For 6 years now, within a 1-2minutes of drinking a strong drink, my penis would sting similar to if I was urinating while dehydrated.

The pain is only enough to notice, and easy to ignore.. but persisting until I guess the alcohol is processed..

I have never been drunk yet, and I don't believe I've even felt what tipsy is yet either.. this pain happens after one drink of high alcohol content, nearly as fast as it takes to reach my stomach..

Is this what alcohol does to everyone?
