Hey guys, How long does it took for you that your glance is not hypersensitive anymore? At the moment it’s still nearly impossible for me wearing underwear without covering my dick with gauze. It’s pretty annoying. How long did that take for you guys?

It took me about 3-4 weeks before I was able to wear underwear without any discomfort! I did apply Vaseline to my glans which helped with the discomfort.

Now I'm on day 17 and I can tell you the hypersensitivity definitely not present even in last week I'm noticed I'm not too sensitive now. About the bandage I have no idea. I worked from home so I tried to sit naked for the day and until now this was the most comfy solution. If you can stay naked at home it helps to heal the wound more quicker, is more airflow there.

Tips for faster wound healing:

At the beginning cleaning/salt bath/shower once a day > dry the wound with a clean cloth or hairdryer > cover with petroleum jelly/paraffin gauze and then dressings > repeat until the wound is healed and there is no discharge anymore.

Took me 3-4 weeks to feel ok in boxers. Still feels like an open oenis but the sensitivity has decreased
