8 months post op

I had circumcision 8 months ago due to phimosis. I have a lot of excess skin on the scar line and frenulum and although I am yet to have sex masturbation seems to make me really sore and the rubbing has made my skin flake away. The shaft and head of my penis is super dry and flakey. Does anyone have any advice ?

You can use a simple fragrance free moisturiser as the dryness may be causing the pain when you masturbate.

What’s the excess skin like? Is it on the excess skin that you’re getting sore?

No it’s on the shaft where I’m masturbating. The excess skin is on the frenulum and my doctor said this is nothing to worry about however I am going to get w revision to make it tighter

Tdgx - maybe you need to alter the way you masturbate? Then it may all settle down - just a thought.

Are they like bumps of skin? Or is it just a loose circumcision? Either way it sounds fine. It’s just how it is.
