Hello, i am a 36 YO male and suffer from premature ejaculation I have done for some years now and would love to connect with other guys that have and found ways to overcome it. It is really starting to have an effect on my Sex life and i need to find a way to overcome it.

Yes, I have but I didn't really go into much detail as I felt uncomfortable. I believe the fact that my penis is so small it does not help.

If you want to get over your issues then you need to get over your uncomfortableness in discussing them face to face. You need to sit down and actually talk to a healthcare professional.

One of the issues here is that a lot of men only consider the use of their penis to bring their partner to orgasm. There are other ways to do that. Do you not use them? There is no obligation, outside porn movies, to have penetrative sex that lasts hours.
