I am fully healed, but since yesterday, I am having issue while urinating.

I find my urine is coming in two streams one from the normal meatus and the other slightly below the meatus or may be thats the meatus too, I don't know about that.

After urinating the down part from where I urinate develops a white film and then it dissapears after a while when I leave it for few minutes in my under wear fully covered.

Is it normal? I was having normal urine streams since my circumcision but I masturbated two days before and since then, I am noticing two streams.

May be you still have some internal swelling which is blocking your urethra. I would recommend seeing doctor if this problem continues. Because urologist's first priority is to make sure that you can pass urine without any resistance.

So definitely, check with your doctor after a week or so depending on your situation.

I'd masturbate a few more times and see if it returns to normal if this was the first time since you were cut?

Yeah it's normal now, it remain for a day, looks like some dry semen may have made adhesion at the meatus, it's finally normal now

Remember your penis needs 18 months from the day of surgery to truly return to full normality.
