Bumps on penis

I had sex and 30 minutes to a hour later these small white bumps appeared there’s just a couple of them maybe 4 or 5 they don’t itch or bother me at all it’s been about 3 weeks and they haven’t gotten any bigger they are just sitting there also they are not in clusters they are located right under the tip of my penis on the back
