My penis rotates 30 degrees clockwise on its axis, from my point of view. I think it might've been caused by masturbation even though I've done it less over the years (I started when I was 12, now I'm 25); is there any way to fix it naturally?

I think it can bend after a trauma when erect, normally the trauma will cause a sharp pain like a knife cut? If this is the case you may find when placid you will feel hard lumps on the inside of the area of the bend?

Right. Yeah there's no pain, fortunately, but here's how it looks. It did become slightly more rotated a few weeks after hernia surgery. Masturbation happened and the right side formed a small lump, barely noticebable. What puzzles me is before the surgery it was rotated with no lumps. I think maybe it's because of the hand I used for years
