I doubt it will resolve itself. What you describe sounds like a skin-bridge which can result from an improperly done circumcision.
See the doctor who performed the operation to get it fixed.
I have the same and im 2 months out after surgery. I would wait until its 100% healed which could take 6 months to a year... then reassess with your doctor
Welcome to the world of male genital ... circumcison. It's a world where you get what the doctors give you ... When you choose that route, you have to be prepared to live with the result.
I was circumsized about 50 years ago and what you describe never happened to me until a few months ago. My circumcision was not radical so I was left with about half an inch of my foreskin. Over a quarter of the circumference of my foreskin was adhered to my glans and I could not retract it. I was alarmed because most of my life I have had that extra bit of skin to slide back when I masturbated. I saw my doctor who informed me that this occasionally happened to diabetics like me. He instructed me to softly try to pull apart the foreskin from the glans while I showered. I did this and managed to separate most of it except for a bit near my frenulum.Maybe you should ask your medic to test you for diabetes. It may well be a consequence of your circumcision but whatever you do you don't want to wait too long. All best
