Hello My foreskin will not pull back over the bellend when it's erect. It will when it is not erect but it makes it go very tight and the end looks very large when I do this. The banjo string also seems very tight and I don't know what to do.

A chat with your doctor seems the best way forward. Don’t be embarrassed about it.
nhs.uk/conditions/phimosis/ Here are s some information that might help before you see a doctor.
See a doctor about it.There is no need to be embarrassed. They are professionals and they have seen it all.
If your doctor recommends circumcision, find another doctor. There are too many knife-happy doctors out to make a fast buck with this procedure.
There are other options like stretching the foreskin and steroid creams.
Look at the site recommended by Osidge.
Circumcision should be a last resort. It is serious business and there is no going back if you are not happy with the outcome or the job is botched.
This forum is loaded with reports by people talking about their circumcisions. Some are happy with the results, but most of the ones I have read talk about complications following the operations and botched jobs. Also, it seems your frenulum (banjo string) is tight, a condition called frenulum breve. I'm no expert, but it seems easily fixed with a small snip. Removal of your foreskin is much more serious, and painful. Do your best to keep it. I have never had any problems with my foreskin, but based on my readings, non-circumcision options won't be easy or quick, but they are worth the effort if they work to keep your foreskin.
Best of luck getting this problem solved.
