6 weeks after circumcision

How are you? Hope you are doing well.

Well I have a question related to my circumcision. As, it's been 6 weeks since my circumcision. Stitches are fallen off except of this stitch. I don't know why it hasn't been fall yet. Also there is a some sort of bump, I don't know what is it. Can please anyone tell me is this normal or I have to wait few more weeks for this stitch to fell off.
