8 day post Circumcision

I am day 8 post circumsicion & vasectomy. General swelling has gone down but I still get a lot of sharp stinging pains from the frenulum area and the stiches there. Sometimes when I pee and that area gets wet it really stings. Is this normal and to be expected? I've followed post OP care as instructed. Thanks

The frenulum area seems to come last in the healing progress line.

Pee sitting down, use baby wipes to clean.
