Sensitivity issue

Hi, I got zsr circumcision. My doctor had suggested me not to have sex for 4 weeks. And now I am in the 5th week now. I started my sexual activity after consulting the doctor in the end of 4th week. The sensitivity on the head is still persist and I am coming soon. Will it take time for the sensitivity to go.

Did anyone face this issue. Please advise
