Everything is going well no pain just a little bit swollen but it's fine nothing much. My penis is very dry but I'm scared to use vaseline as that might cause problems for me. At the bottom of the penis there are small wounds that dont want heal properly. Every time they get dry but then when it's time to soak the penis inside the water they get wet again (more like lymphatic fluid I think) so what must i do to make the wounds dry up like the other ones cause I clean the penis the in water the fluid comes out to cover the wound.
My stitches haven't been absorbed yet but waiting patiently. So guys what must I use to clean the penis warm water or salt water
I've been using warm water but I'm thinking about using salt water.
