4 week old circumcision - slight open wound still bleeding

Hi,

I had a circumcision done 4 weeks ago. Healing really well, however there is just one little part of the wound that doesn’t seem to have healed properly and is still open.

Judging by my research this is the part in between the inner and outer foreskins on the top of the penis.

Has anyone else experienced this or know why it hasn’t healed properly?

It may be the result of a broken suture. Just give it time and keep it from infection. It will heal.

Like Osidge has said , its most likely just due to a broken suture . I had a similar experience and didn't do much except keep the area clean and dry . If it's hurting too much you can use a gauze and roll around it till you are comfortable but otherwise I don't feel anything else is required .All the best !
