Funding cream is for the treatment of or protection from infection. To stretch your foreskin, if that is possible, will require a steroid cream. This information might help inform you: nhs.uk/conditions/phimosis/

Try gently trying to stretch the foreskin, it may help to do this in the bath or shower. Wash with plain water only. Do not allow soap to come into contact with the inner foreskin.

If you’ve managed to retract on a couple of occasions then it sounds like you don’t have the so called ‘pinhole’ phimosis and stretching may cure it over time. I suggest you persist but if you don’t achieve improvement then go back to your GP.

Your foreskin doesn’t need to retract as long as your penis works ok. There are steroid creams you can get, but why not just leave it as it is?
