Circumcision wound and scabbing

I’ve had circumcision and I’m 10 days in I have what I think is an open wound on the stitches below the frenulum I also have quite abit of scabbing on the head under the frenulum and hurts to try to get off.Is this normal? Please help

The scabbing is a normal and expected part of the healing process and you should leave it alone. It will come off by itself. Don't pick at it.

Ok what about the open wound it’s only small but still

That will heal but take a little longer.
