Circumcision hole

So I got circumcisied 13 days ago now. Stitches coming out and most of it healed, not as sensitive anymore so that's really positive but there appears to be a small hole where the rest of my "remaining foreskin" isnt attached to the glands like elsewherw. Is this ok? My main worry is that it seems to be healed around it and there are no stitches there anymore

Also, Just below where the frenulum was there is a big dried piece of blood an I supposed to pull it off. That part seems to be not as attached aswell but it isn't fully healed yet. Should I be worried?

Congrats on getting circumcised. I also did mine 2 weeks ago. I don't have any advice concerning the hole you mentioned but as for the dried up blood, don't pick at it. Just shower and pat dry daily. The dried up blood will eventually go away on its own.
