Is this inadequate circumcision?

2 weeks back I got zsr circumcision. I see now that there is still some skin falling on glans. Doctor is giving evasive answers. Please tell me whether the skin removed is less

From what I have read, the ZSR device is most likey to give a 'loose' result as the doctor cannot actually see where the cut will be made as he assembles the device, as this point is hidden inside it.

In any case, if you are a 'grower' enough spare skin needs to be left when flaccid to allow for the 'growth' on erection.

Finally, after only 2 weeks you will have very considerable swelling that makes it very difficult to tell accurately how much skin has been removed. Wait the full 6-8 weeks before being concerned. In any case, nothing can be done about any excess until the current circumcision has fully healed.

Also, should I still avoid erections? I get some pain at frenulum during erection

You cannot completely avoid the involuntary nocturnal erections, but you should not deliberately induce an erection until your circumcision is fully healed if you don't want to delay healing.

Don't worry too much. If you've seen a lot of pics you might have a misguided impression of what your circumcision should look like. My skin ends flush with my glans and though I'm only one week post the op now and the final result still remains to be seen, reading on this forum how often high tight circumcisions (which seems to be the preference for those having it done for aesthetic reasons) result in 'shorter penises' and 'crooked penises' I am very happy. Of course getting the best surgeon possibly is a big part of the equation.

Agreed with VanR that getting the proper surgeon is key. Any style of circumcision including high and tight should be able to be performed without injury or deformation or shortening of the penis. but it has to be done by someone who knows what they’re doing, which is the case with any surgery. Now that you’re already circumcised, I wouldn’t worry about any of that and focus on the healing. Cosmetic concerns and adjustments can come later

As for suppressing nighttime erections, I’ve heard that Benadryl’s vasoconstrictive properties are often a beneficial side effect that will prevent/reduce erections
