I was circumcised when I was a baby, and now I am over 30 years old, sometimes in the cold, the head of my penis retracts back into the skin, and my penis looks as not circumcised, is there a problem?, or is it normal and there are those who happened to him the same thing

A basic purpose of circumcision a child is to ensure that the glans is always fully exposed with no chance of smegma and infections collecting under the foreskin.

If the circumcision is incomplete or a lot of loose skin is left then it is common for the glans to be covered when flaccid, especially in cold weather.

If you don't want this to happen then you may need to consider whether to have a circumcision revision to remove the excess loose skin.

If you are a “grower” this is common. You must have enough skin to allow for expansion during erections. Guys who have a big difference between soft and erect this will happen.

Are you overweight? Your penis could be retracting inside your pubic fat? I’m not circumcised yet but my penis retracts inside and just leaves a bunched up foreskin. Is your skin tight when erect?
