You may have an infection but it would be best to get it diagnosed by a doctor so that it is treated properly. Take care.
Hi bro it’s normal to have dry skin as the penis was moist underneath the skin and is now exposed to air it’s perfectly normal I am currently dealing with the same problem but if you are worried it’s best to consult with a professional take care bro
