More than usual red veins on penis and purple or some dark spot below the crown. Doesn’t pain but looks concerning as it was never like this before.. have tried lot of cream and medicine nothing worked much

Well, have you already talk with a dermatologist or any healthcare professional about your concern. Or just tried lot of cream and medicine by yourself. Are you a pale caucasian? Are you circumcised recently?
