There is a higher risk of wound opening on 21st day than on 42nd day post-op, if you stretch the incision line on masturbation. Has you wound healed and there are no moist areas or scab left? How long you doctor suggested to calm down?

The wound will heal first on surface, but in deeper tissue level healing will take more than this. If the wound will open it may develop bumps and wider scar than normally. You can start very tenderly and rub just glans and its corona with lube or coconut oil. If it's too early you won't even ejaculate.

I ejaculate yesterday I can't control till 20 days eraction I was getting more eraction but when I ejaculate yesterday I got little pain in testicles

It is not advisable to deliberatly provoke an erection for at least 4 weeks (and preferably 6 weeks) after circumcision to allow the wound to fully heal. Masturbating too early can cause the wound to open up again, especially as the newly growing skin is still very thin and weak at this time.
