Hi I'm wondering if anybody on this Forum have RE and if so when you come does it sometimes feel real and most of the time it's just rubbish??
Myself at time's feel that I can feel semen coming up my penis then there's nothing and most of the time I feel like I'm coming to come then it's over in a flash I don't get the feeling of it coming up my penis I'm really confused why this is happening.
Anybody got any advice??

You have my sympathy. I know what this can feel like, as I had retro-grade ejaculation when I was using Tamsulosin (for Prostate enlargement issues). I felt the orgasm, and during intercourse with my wife it wasn't too bad, but it was nowhere near as satisfying with masturbation as a means to climax. As sex became less satisfying for both of us with age (I'm 70 now), we gave up on intercourse, so solo sex was not very pleasurable at all, although I continued with occasional masturbation as I understood it to be good for prostate health. Now on a different medication, although couple sex hasn't resumed, I'm enjoying masturbation much more again. You'd do well to have medical help to diagnose the cause of your problem as it may be the beginning of prostate issues which are best addressed as early as possible.
I wish I did. RE is horrible and takes your sex life away.

That is exactly right, with RE there's no climax but the opposite, a feeling of being inadequate, something similar I would imagine to impotence. I asked my doctor about it and his response was unsympathetic, he took the view I should just come to terms with it.
That's just how my doctor is there no good at all I'm still in a bad place because of it. How about yourself?
