I masturbated today after 2 months being post op circumcision. Used lots of bio oil to do it. It felt strange and weird. But very pleasureable and a massive relief to be honest. It was not uncomfortable nor painful. But i still have stitches i think, that havent fully dissolved yet, or fallen out. Is this normal - even at 2 months recovery phase?

It is not normal, but at the same time not unheard of, to still have some stitches a long time after the circumcision.
The usual advice is to get any remaining stitches removed after 14 days from the procedure as they will have done their job. Letting them remain risks 'stitch tunnels' and 'train tracks'.
