Have a little cut at bottom of frenulum is there a cream I can put or just let it heal.

Any basic antiseptic cream should help cover the wound and make it more comfortable. In the UK there is a cream called Savlon which is ideal for this. Otherwise, just let it heal by itself.

Without being able to actually examine the cut, it is impossible to say. However if it is only small and not very deep then a coupe of weeks should do.
