Four weeks after circumcision

Four week after circumcision, still feel some pain and mostly wondering if its normal when I get an erection the penis head turns reddish and very soft please help me here am scared and when do I stop using salt and worm water .

You can stop using saline bath, when your wound is healed and there are no moist areas on incision line or frenulum area.
