I’m 6 weeks post op and last night my gf did oral sex on me. It was my first time doing a sexual activity (besides masturbation) after the surgery and in all honesty, it felt a little more uncomfortable than satisfying. It was satisfying but not enough to reach climax. I’m a little worried it will always be like this. I’m wondering when did oral sex start to feel satisfying for you guys? I haven’t had vaginal sex yet, i’m still waiting a few more weeks till i do that just to be sure everything is fine.

I remember having intercourse for the first time after procedure and it hurt more than it felt good. I don’t remember exactly, but I was around 10-12 weeks after procedure at the time and there was still a lot of tightness at the scarline. The forces of sex pulled and rugged on it too much and it was uncomfortable. Got better over the next few weeks. 6 weeks seems soon. I’m at 10 months post op now and things are completely normal.

Blowjobs for me don't even compare to how good they felt when I still had my foreskin. A lot of the sensitivity is gone. However I can still reach climax from oral everytime.
