Its day 27 of circumcision recovery and still i have stitches and a little swelling on the left side of penis. Also I think my size has reduced a little. Will it return to its full potential and previous size ?

It is most commonly seen that swelling sort of hides the length and so give it some time and most ppl see the return of the length in their 2nd month post op or so. This is most commonly due to the swelling. As for the swelling and stitches, they will come down soon enough

Be sure to contact your surgeon if your sutures are persisting beyond 4 weeks and follow as per his orders. All the best !
