Tight Foreskin

Hello, I’m a sixteen year old,

I have noticed that my Foreskin is tight especially around the penis head when erect, and it gets to the point where I am unable to touch the foreskin,

However when the penis isn’t erect I can fully move the foreskin,

If I could get some advice it would be greatly appreciated.

What do you mean by you can’t touch your foreskin when erect? Does it hurt?

From my understanding some people’s foreskins don’t fully retract when erect and sometimes it does not cause a problem as long as there is still an opening. If you are able to move it when flaccid that sounds like a good sign since you can keep it clean.
