I tried to pull it out but see it's just stuck in the skin and only one part of stapler, will I let it sit and do it's own job or should I pull it harder?

Nope don't pull it . Call up your doctor and get it removed by him if necessary. Pulling might tear the skin below and invite infection so best is not to . Also if I'm not wrong it does drop off sooner or later . All the best !
MystHalk, please do not pull it out. If your saying it’s “stuck” to your skin, not actually embedded, have you stood in shower gently using un scented soap to see if you can ease it off the skin? If you have, then you need to see your urologist as the staple may have come out and sometimes skin can grow around it as the skin is still healing, this will embed the staple and your doctor will need to remove it. Just don’t pull it.
