On my fourth day of ZSR circumcision

Minor swelling is observed however, left side bulge is significantly reduced, really happy for that fact, last night was painful as I had to get up quite a lot of times due to pain, however everything subsided. I just wanted to ask if my glans is infected?

for emergency self diagnose, there are many symptoms of infection. you may have fever and your penis will swell and feels hot to touch, the common signs of inflammation.

so, if you have that symptoms, go to nearest emergency to get your wound assessed and get some anti inflammation/antibiotics meds.

if you don't have symptoms, you need to stop touching your mr. p too frequently, even if you feel the need to touch, wash your hands with soap properly.
