How do I stop my penis from hiding inside my body when naked in front of a doctor?

Hi roundhead please don't be embarrassed they see these problems everyday it is Normal to them and try not to worry it effects your healing you will get better it's just time thing everything will be ok trust me I lost count how times I went to docter I thought my Willy was going to drop off so I no how you feel as many are in the same boat think positive keep safe

I would say so but like I have said it is understandable and there is millions of people who feel shy and and embrassed but try your best but belive me it's very normal to them so don't worry about it you will be ok

When showing your penis , it would be better for you to lie down rather than show in standing posture. This allows less intrabdominal pressure and so more blood supply to the penis and it becomes more prominent . Though there are many other factors and ways , keep calm and not being nervous actually helps the best . So don't worry and doctors worry only about treating you rather than if you penis has shrunk back or not . So more than that , ensure you get the medical help you need . You may never need to see them anymore if what you came for is effectively treated . You can think about it that way too . Take care !

don't worry, it's normal to feel embarrassed.

I still feel awkward to get naked in front of other people too.

but, if you really want to change situation, these might help:

1. stop thinking and caring about it, doctors are professionals that won't care about how your penis behave if it's not related to medical situation.

2. warming up before getting into room will improve your situation, maybe some light jump in bathroom, let your heart pump and blood stream be activated.

3. take a deep breath to calm your soul and relax your body.

4. just blame it on air conditioner, the cold had done that to your penis, not your fault.

As someone who suffers from this too I've found that warming up before hand helps massively, as someone else suggested, 5 mins before your appointment try to go to the bathroom or somewhere private and do some light exercise just to get your blood pumping a bit, maybe even wear slightly warmer clothing just to keep things "loose" so to speak.

Doctors have seen a wide array of people over their years and I imagine lots of different men's bits too, I wouldn't worry about it too much, it's their job at the end of the day, they're used to it.
