Are you able to pull it back? How old are you?
there exist people out there who have the ability to retract non phimosis foreskin permanently.
if you are one of those people, congrats you can enjoy the benefit of circumcision without actually getting cut. and if one day you wanted your glans to be moist and delicate again, you could just return the skin to original position.
so much win.
