There's a bit of a gap between my glans and skin after my 8th day of circumcision. Is this normal? Personally, I haven't had any sensitivity issues whatsoever. Will that gap heal?

It looks as if there may be a permanent small gap. Will that be a problem for you?Give it a few months and see where you are then.

Any actual gap in the skin will heal, especially if it is only a week since you were circumcised.

Of course, what you are seeing might not be a gap at all, but the remains of the inner layer of your foreskin - which will always be there with your circumcisio 'scar' line above it.

However, if you are really concerned then consult your doctor.
