Hi I’m 21 years old and this has bothered me for years. I’ve always had a tight foreskin, I could not pull my foreskin back when flaccid but now I can pull it back with relative ease when flaccid.
The real issue is when I’m erect, the foreskin has been retracted fully during inter course, this tho is very tight and it seems like the I don’t have enough skin to pull it back anymore if this makes sense. I’ve been trying to do it myself when erect by stretching and can pull it over the head with lubrications but it still seems like once the head is exposed I run out of forskin?
Any advice or tips how to stretch or whether I’d need a Circumcision as I really do not what this ?

You will need to see a doctor. He can prescribe a steroid cream to assist the stretching. It is also possible that you have a short frenulum. That would inhibit retraction of the foreskin beyond a certain point. The doctor will also give you advice on that too.
Do the creams work ? I really don’t want to have a Circumcision my foreskin is retractable and can be done when erect to expose the head fully when erect if I try
I had the same problem and went to visit a doctor. He told me I needed circumcision and I am on day 10 since the surgery. I tried not to get it also, trust me, but now I dont regret it. I am still in recovery but I still think it was a good idea. The doctor said steroid cream only works on younger kids as their skin is still young but he didn't prescribe it to me. I feel you man, and it will suck for a while, but it is one month and then never have to suffer through it again.
See a doctor. Your foreskin should be functional without being painful in all circumstances. Stretching w/ steroid cream is conservative, and will be the first option.
Okay thank you, My foreskin can be retracted when flaccid and erect if I stretch, the head of my penis had been fully Out before so hoping I won’t need a circumcision and cream may work
Hi Man, you should visit your doctor and explain to them your situation they may prescribe some steroid cream and advice on stretching I think you should have a favorable outcome with it. it is important that you are able to retract your foreskin to clean underneath
