4 month old circumcision pain and reddening all of a sudden!

Hi guys I’m 4 months post circumcision for balanitis and phimosis all went well and it’s been fine up until a couple of weeks ago where my scar has become really sore and red.

No Sti, blood and urine tests normal.

Any help or advice would be really really appreciated!!!!

Yes I have seen doc all tests come back normal.

Have you been using anything on your scar to soften and moisturise it? Or any perfumed product you might have used for cleaning? I've been using coconut oil mine since it healed, others say bio-oil is good too
