That was inside the skin all the time, lots of guys have a sort of uneven join between the head and the skin, you're 100% normal and the docs will have cut above that. It *could* be dealt with but there's no need and no-one but you will look twice I promise. Enjoy your new dick

How long ago were you circumcised? A skin bridge (such as you appear to have) is not usually the result of anything the doctor did, or didn't do. They usually occur because the patient (or his parents) failed to gently push the foreskin remnant away from the glans at each bath/diaper change/dressing change, and apply a barrier cream to prevent adhesions and bridges forming.

I don't believe that is a bridge. I had a slightly larger amount in the same spot. It was due to much less available skin present, so it pulled tight there. Cleared up in a couple months as the skin healed/stretched to exactly accommodate erections.
