Not sure if this is fordyce spots, PPP, or an std. haven’t had sex since mid august 2019 and these spots around the rim of penis started showing up around December/January 2020. Also, after I ejaculate, the head of my penis gets small bumps on it. They go away once I’m soft again, but they are just really unsightly and it’s making my sex life pretty much non existent
They only show up after I cum and if I squeeze my penis. They aren’t as bad when I’m not touching it.
