Post-circ: tips on scar healing

No pic today, sorry. The ring under my glans (the scar) has become tight in the last few weeks, and I’ve still got odd bits of puffy skin around it. Doctor has given me steroid cream to use once a day, what other tips do people have?

I’ve just got myself some bio oil to use (does that help with the puffiness?) and wondered what else. I think I read Vitamin E cream somewhere?
