How do I pull my foreskin back to reveal the head

I'm not able to pull my foreskin back to reveal the head of my penis I'm aged 16 and I'm looking for some help

If you look at some of the pictures on this forum you can see what a retracted foreskin looks like. Not the circumcised ones.

In my own case, I can lightly hold my penis about half way along its length and gently pull the skin towards my body. This pulls back my foreskin and I can repeat this until my glans is fully exposed.

It is easier to do this when erect, however, I also do this when flaccid to give clearance when I’m about to pee.

If your foreskin doesn’t retract easily or cleanly then I’d suggest a visit to your GP.

The foreskin should detach naturally when you are 2-3 years although it can take longer. There are some adult men who’s foreskin hasn’t separated. Apparently it is a simple procedure to separate the foreskin so there’s nothing to worry about.

One thing to bear in mind is to NOT force the foreskin back. If you’re masturbating, take care not to get “carried away” and injure your penis.

I will add my usual statement her about talking to your GP about your genitals. These people are highly trained professionals who won’t judge you. Answer any questions truthfully so that they are in the best position to offer advice. Don’t be embarrassed about showing your penis to a nurse or doctor. I’ve had female GP’s for decades and don’t bat an eyelid when I’m asked to expose myself when necessary.
